Deluxe Rooms
The Deluxe rooms at Amarvilas have richly detailed interiors. A striking feature of these elegantly appointed bedrooms is the large hand embroidered headboard and the arched window framing a beautiful view of the Taj Mahal.

The rooms have king-size or twin beds, a richly inlaid wooden desk and a lounge area. The spacious bathroom is finished in Greek Thassos marble and Pilkinton glass, with a bathtub, a separate shower stall and a walk-in closet. All rooms feature a personal bar, satellite television, a DVD player, tea/coffee making facility and an electronic safe. Deluxe Rooms with Terraces
These rooms are similar to the Deluxe rooms, except that they have a private terrace, where one can enjoy views of the Taj Mahal or have an al fresco meal.

Executive Suites
The Executive Suites are large one-bedroom suites about 75 sq mts in area. Each suite has a living room, bedroom and a separate powder room. The interiors are richly detailed with fine fabrics and furnishings, hand crafted furniture and exquisite accessories.

Luxury Suites
Located on the highest floor of the resort, these splendid suites have an entrance foyer, a separate living and dining room and a spacious bedroom, all with a combination of Burma teakwood, Greek Thassos marble and sandstone flooring.

Each suite has two private open-air terraces, both offering ethereal vistas of the Taj Mahal and accessed by French windows. One terrace leads out from the living room, where there is a specially positioned brass telescope that provides stunning views of each minute architectural detail of the Taj Mahal and is ideal for romantic candle-lit dinners.

The bedroom has a huge four-poster bed with an arched floor-to-ceiling window perfectly framing the Taj Mahal, a walk-in closet and dressing room with electronic safe, teakwood armoire with satellite television and a DVD/ CD player, a fully stocked minibar and tea/coffee making facilities.

The bathroom of the Luxury Suite is the piece-de-resistance, blending modern amenities with classic architecture and one of the most sublime views in the world. With both the stand-alone bathtub and circular all-glass shower stall positioned in front of a huge single-pane glass window, you can gaze at the Taj Mahal even while enjoying a long, luxurious bath!

Kohinoor Suite
Amarvilas has one presidential suite - The Kohinoor. Named after the legendary diamond of Indian origin, the Kohinoor is located in the center of the highest floor of the resort and is approximately 280 sq mts. in area. This magnificent suite has an entrance foyer, a huge living room, a dining room, a study and a spacious bedroom with attached bathroom, each of which have breathtaking views of the Taj Mahal.

The Kohinoor Suite has three private open-air terraces, all showcasing the Taj Mahal and accessed by French windows. One terrace leads out from the living room, overlooking the splendid landscaped gardens & swimming pool of the resort and is ideal for romantic candle-lit dinners. The second terrace is attached to the bedroom where the gigantic emperor bed is aligned to provide a stunning view of the Taj Mahal even as you relax in its luxurious elegance. The third wrap-around terrace stretches around two sides of the bathroom, and has deck chairs for sunbathing as well.

The bedroom also has a walk-in closet and dressing room with electronic safe, a separate powder room for ladies, a delicately engraved armoire with satellite television and a DVD/ CD player, fully stocked mini-bar and tea/coffee making facilities.

The bathroom of the Kohinoor Suite blends modern amenities with classic architecture and one of the most amazing views in the world. The stand-alone bathtub is strategically positioned in front of a huge single-pane glass window from where you can gaze at the Taj Mahal even while enjoying a long, luxurious bath! The appeal of the glass-house design "outdoor" shower stall is further enhanced by the massive "rain-showerhead" that provides temperature controlled rain-on-tap.

Esphahan
The Indian Restaurant: The rich ambiance of this restaurant crafted in red sandstone and Greek Thassos marble, recreates the vibrant heritage and exquisite craftsmanship of the Mughal era. The cuisine is both authentic and wide in its variety, tempting even the most fastidious gourmet.
